To Succeed - This is important!
Copyright 2001 S Van Der Lingen.

To succeed in a business venture, you have to succeed at
three points-
1. Develop a great product (goods or services),
2. Demonstrate the benefits of using the product immediately
(Use it yourself! - Show them!- Allow them the experience!
Give them a test drive! Teach them!),
3. Attract targeted customers (i.e. traffic) to your business
center and serve them well. Let them know about it!

The most important action YOU can undertake is to develop a great
product.

When you have YOUR own great product you are well on the road to
success.

You have to put all (most of) your effort into developing YOUR
own great product.

You need a Unique Selling Proposition. A product of great VALUE.

You should have VISION of what the product will be and what
other people can achieve or benefit by using the product.
To do this you have to know MAN.

A great product delivers more VALUE than the cash value that is
being paid for it.

Whatever the product is, it must be to the benefit of the
customer (in an everlasting way).

All great products are created by the power of THOUGHT.
Thought is the basis of creativity.
That which you think of can take form.
It is all about shaping pre-existing formless substance of which
there is an abundance.
It is all about creating order in chaos and presenting it in an
ordered way.
It is all about creating a THING where previously there was NO
THING.
The only essential ingredients are "Wisdom and Knowledge"
followed by persistent effective action (work).
Do not underestimate the requirement of having at least Wisdom
and Knowledge!

You can be the only source of a great product that you create.
Nobody can access your great product if they do not get it from
you.
You own the copyright to your own product. You have all the
rights.
Think twice before selling your rights. Don't do it!

Put YOUR name on your great product.
You have created it. You want to sell it. You have to back it up.
You have to provide a great service.

Do not even think of competing.
When you have to compete things tend to become difficult.
When things become difficult you should know that you are doing
something wrong.
Forget about creating a product which you want to sell in
competition with somebody else. Do not duplicate- Create!

The start of all great creative endeavors is associated with
immersing oneself into a time period of peaceful solitude and
tranquility.
Forty days! Time to think!
"Genius is born in solitude" (author unknown)- And next...
Start an exercise program- take a walk- (However, first get the
OK from your physician)
Get dressed. Take with you a dog, a notebook, a pencil,
(glasses if needed etc).
Walk and look - see the sunrise and sunset-
At night see the stars- Breath deeply-
Experience the abundance-
Now you have direct access-
You do not even have to punch in a number-
Just talk/ASK and your answers will certainly come.
WRITE down your thoughts/answers.

Get yourself copies of the old literature, the works by
Napoleon Hill, Charles Fillmore and Wallace D Wattles.
These books were written long before men were kept busy thinking
of how to operate a PC and wordprocessor while doing some
serious thinking and creative writing.

Whether you want to know it or not-
You do have an obligation to make the world a better place for
all. No apologies for that one!
Get up and create YOUR own product that would be of benefit to
many.

The very best of all resources is a Book. A Book that consist of
many books.
The books were written by inspired people who thought
and knew a lot.
Men who had wisdom and the knowledge.
One of the earliest multiple printed books in human history.
Today it is available for download and read by many on PC's.
Think about that!
More than a quarter of a million FREE downloads of the Holy Bible
were done from a ZDNet download site recently. Can you beat that?

To get traffic to your business center can be easy or it can be
very difficult.
When things tend to become difficult, you should know that you
are doing something wrong.
To get traffic you have to use the most effective forms of
existing traffic - (other people's traffic!).
You can also sell your great product by utilizing the services of
a company who does have traffic.
(An agreement on a cooperative joint venture that will benefit
both parties).

Also for Web based business-

Read the book "Make Your Site Sell (MYSS!)"- get an understanding
of the whole book.
Read and understand each chapter, each paragraph,
each line and even more important read between the lines.
It is all about a great philosophy. What is Dr Ken Evoy doing?
