Thank you for choosing the Super 5-Play by Performance. With this accessory, you will fully
enjoy all of the multi-player games on your Super NES. Now you can go head-to-head with three,
sometimes four, of your friends in hot games like NBA Jam, NHL '94, Madden Football '94, The
Secret of Mana, and many, many more! So just check out these simple instructions, and get read
for Super 5-Play action...
ADAPTOR HOOK-UP
While your system is off, plug one Super NES
controller into Port #1. Then plug the Super
5-Play into Port #2 (It will NOT work if it is
plugged into Port #1). You can now plug up
to four additional controllers into the Super
5-Play adapter, as shown in the picture.
NOTE: Make sure all auto-fire and slow mo-
tion buttons are turned off when hooking up
the controllers to your Super 5-Play. Do not
turn on these functions until you are into
the game. If left on, the game screen will flash
repeatedly and prevent you from starting the game.
One to five people can play while the Super 5-Play is connected. For one or two player games,
slide the SELECT switch on your Super 5-Play to the left, where it says 2P. For three, four or
five player games, slide the SELECT switch to the right, where it says 3-5P. Use controller $1
to start the game and make selections.
NOTE: Games must be "multi-player compatible" to work in the 3-5 Player mode. Check each game's
box or instruction manual for maximum number of players allowed.
WARNINGS
1. Do not unplug or connect your Super 5-Play or any of the controllers while the system is on.
2. Do not store in direct sunlight or at extreme temperatures, as this may damage the
components.
3. Do not spill liquid on or into the Super 5-Play, as this may damage the components.
4. Keep this unit clean by wiping off any dust with a dry cloth.
Interact Accessories Inc warrants to the original consumer
purchaser of SUPER 5-PLAY that the SUPER 5-PLAY will
be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a
period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If a defect covered
by this warranty occurs during this 90 days warranty period,
at np charge, any part that Ineract Accessories Inc.
determines to be defective.
To obtain warranty services during the warranty period, send your
SUPER 5-PLAY, postage pre-paid, with a check or money order
for $5.00 to cover return postage and handling, along with proof
of purchase and the date of purchase to:

Thsi warranty shall not apply if the SUPER 5-PLAY has been
damaged by abuse, misuses, negligence, accident, modification,
tampering or by any other causes unrelated to defective materials
and/or workmanship.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is Interact
Accessories Inc. exclusive prerogative. Any applicable implied
warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to 90 days from the
date of purchase and are subject to the conditions set forth
in this limited warranty. In no event shall Ineract Accessories
Inc. or its affiliates be liable for consequential or incidental
damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied
warranties.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts or exclusion of limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply
to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
