Now, you need money. Although, for most purposes you need it to buy items, I found this as the best way to get Porygon (Red Version- 9,999 rocket game coins), and a real sinch, too. Now this trick is the best after you've beaten the game. Why? Because, if you are in the middle of the game, and I tell you the secret to getting 999,999 bucks( what does that little P-thing in the us version stand for? ), then you will no longer feel the need to get in trainer battles and your pokémon will become weak & flabby and your game will be doomed. You've been warned :)
OK, down to business. What you need: 1. Some strong Pokémon that can surf and one that can fly *Note- I used a Lvl 40 Gyarados, but you can use something weaker, as long as it or your other pokémon can stand up for a mildly hard battle. If you've beaten the game then it should be an easy battle. 2. 3,000 dollars (or P-currancy) 3. Access to Fuscia City, Seafoam Islands, and Celadon Dept. Store by Fly 4. 5 or more Items in your possession 5. Thumbs to press the buttons on your Gameboy
OK, Heres what you do: 1. Go to Celadon Dept. Store and buy a 3,000p TM (if you have an item that worth more, like a nugget, skip this step. I used Max Revive) 2. Move this item around with the others in your possession until it is the 6th in place. 3. Fly to the Seafoam Islands and go into the lab to the right.Trade with one of the people in there. (I traded ponyta for seel, because I already had a seel so I had not traded with this guy yet. If you cant trade with anyone there than you're screwed...) 4. After trading, fly DIRECTLY to Fuscia, and go into the pokémon center and form a strong party, including one that can surf. DO NOT INGAGE IN ANY RANDOM BATTLES ON LAND. 5. Swim south and then head west. DO NOT INGAGE IN ANY TRAINER BATTLES ON YOUR WAY. 6. Heading west along the north wall, you will find a coast line, there is an area there that is not land or sea inbetween the water and the beach. head up and down that thin strip and you should get in a battle with MissingNo, the messed up cloud of stuff pokémon. 7. Do not catch MissingNo, it is a glitch, it could erase your game. Rather, defeat MissingNo. it will be around level 80, but it is extremely weak. defeat it and check out your 6th item. It will probably display some gibberish numerics next to where the amount should be, This means that you have over 99. 8. Fly back to fuscia and go to the Store, if you dont have CUT, you can go to the store at seafoam islands. Sell all your of your item except one (press down twice) and you should het tons of cash! 9. Go back to step 4 and repeat as nessacary!
